Our project planning process begins with a highly detailed MS Project file and prediction model of 3D tolerance stackup. The overall project will be tracked for schedule, cost, and resources. The flight assembly model will be tracked using our in-house tolerance stackup method which will take into consideration: mechanical tolerance, optical alignment variations, and test variations. We have perfected our methodology to meet the realistic 4 sigma build quality standard.
